3. How is employee data collected and processed?Employees complete
anonymous online questionnaires based on internationally validated methodologies.
Equitera processes responses
in aggregated form, without storing names or identifiers, and generates
reports for HR and management showing the overall team climate and risk areas.

4. Are the survey results anonymous?Yes. All data collected
during the surveys is completely
anonymous and cannot identify any employee. Equitera complies with
GDPR and Spain’s
Ley Orgánica 3/2018 on Data Protection.
5. Does Equitera provide psychological diagnoses?No.
Equitera does not issue medical or psychological diagnoses.It is used
exclusively for organizational analysis of psychosocial risks — to
prevent stress and burnout, not to treat them.
6. What methodologies are used in the surveys?Equitera uses
internationally recognized and validated tools for psychosocial risk assessment:
- CoPsoQ-ISTAS21 (Type A) – Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire, used in Spain to comply with Law 31/1995.
- HSE Management Standards Indicator Tool – developed by the UK’s Health and Safety Executive (HSE) under Open Government Licence (OGL).
- BAT-23 (Burnout Assessment Tool, short version) – validated scientific tool for organizational burnout evaluation.
These methodologies provide
reliable, comparable data without the need for professional psychologists.
